Last month we travelled to Airlie for both my children's birthdays, The Balloon Emporium exceeded my expectations. The day of their birthdays we had the number of the age they were turning and favourite theme, delivered to our accommodation and exact room number as a small suprise to our kids. They loved the suprise and added that little bit extra to their birthday away from home. Would recommend to anyone travelling for a birthday and wanting to add some hassle-free, final touches. My kids loved them!

Peta organised some 30th balloons as a last minute surprise for my sister and even set them up in the hotel room without her knowing. My sister loved them. Peta's service was was amazing from start to finish! Highly recommend. Thanks so much Peta!

Owner was very nasty to deal with and didn’t give us half of what we paid for. Even when we showed her what was stated in the invoice she had created for us she will not give a refund. So disappointing as we chose her business on the fact we wanted to support local and we believed we were getting a good price. Please don’t use this company as we have now been robbed of what we ordered.

So disappointing to see this review considering the $300 plus the amount that was discounted. I find it very difficult dealing with people who really don't value others and can change reality to suit their narrative. I have had the 19 negative reviews you have encouraged your friends to place on my page incl people that didn't even attend the party. And you were not the person who ordered the Balloons. You are the person who decided to make this entire situation about YOURSELF.

We've booked the foam machine for our sons birthday party, and the kids had an absolute blast! The fun was never ending! They loved it so much! We would definitely recommend The Balloon Emporium services, as Peta was professional and lovely to work with.
