Made to feel like a criminal. This is my local pharmacist, as a community member I have spent copious amounts of money in this store. I will never go back. How I was treated today made me sick to my stomach. Shame on you TerryWhite Ballina

My experience in this shop had been great until I went in for makeup products and got an aggressive girl and my shopping eaa going nowhere. I made a query about a product, the manageress was called over and that finished my day.. she was over bearing , rude and off hand. Why would I bother going back . Her name precedes her. The other staff are beautiful and helpful . But Ive never bern back since , I go Elsewhere

Rude unfriendly, insincere store manager. Always talks over people and can tell dosent care about staff only making money. Also unpleasant experience from larger beauty consultant who wasn't overly friendly.

My Christmas shopping has been made easy by the friendly and efficient staff who were ready and waiting to assist a father, a husband and a son starting his Christmas shopping at 2pm on Christmas Eve. All present were carefully sourced and selected by the well trained ears of each staff member (it took multiple to assist my demands). All presents were beautifully wrapped and no time was wasted on shopping this year!! Thanks for all your help! The women in my life will not go wanting this year!!!
