Duane was excellent. My car had locked itself with the keys in the ignition. He arrived at my home in Helensvale about 15 minutes after I called and unlocked my door within 5 minutes of getting there. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend if in urgent need of a locksmith.

If you are looking for a locksmith that’s super fast, friendly and professional that services the Carrara area and surrounds, then definitely call Terrys!! Mitch came out and installed a new front door lock and made sure to show us how to work the app and tested everything before he left, they had the best range of smart locks and after calling 3 different places, that weren’t very helpful, we are happy with our decision.

We recently had a break-in and Mitch came out to our home to see what could be done to improve our security. He installed locks in a timely manner and left our home tidy and clean. We feel much safer here in Pimpama now that Terry’s Locksmiths have sent Mitch to help us.
