Two and a half weeks now since sending an email requesting help with my insurance renewal with this company. Nothing, nada, no calls, no return email! Disgraceful service!!. Dont bother with this company. Avoid. I contacted another broker and they replied and called immediately, and made me feel welcome and took all my details for a comprehensive overview of my landlord policy.
