Absolutely appalling! I went in today to Telstra Atherton to spend at least $2000 on product & accessories & staff were not helpful whatsoever! I can’t believe they are getting paid to do nothing! They honestly don’t even deserve one star rating! I’m so upset & angry with such poor service!!!

Went in today to return an $850 product which was not able to be installed at our property. Didn’t think I’d need an appointment for a 5 min transaction. Was a 90 min round trip for me with time off from work and was told to come back another day as they didn’t have time. They are unbelievably bad at customer service.
