I attended the Wagga Telstra Shop in the Market Place today and it was a disgrace. I attended the store at 9,10am to update my details and inform them that I was on the aged pension. What a joke. There were about 5 staff members in the store and they appeared to be doing nothing. One staff member yelled out to me they will get to you shortly. Three other staff members all look at me but stayed seated. I waited another 10 minutes and finally a staff member came up to me with a tablet in his hand, and said what can we do for you. I informed him I was currently on the pension and wanted to inform Telstra of this so I could receive a discount on my bill. He informed me that my request need to be assessed. He then turned around and and said You will need to return in two and a half hours (2.5hrs) to speak with someone. I looked back in the store and the staff members were just standing around. I then walked out of the store. This was my second attempt You are a disgrace Telstra

Plan your visit accordingly as Telstra Shop Wagga Wagga can get busy at times, especially on weekends. Their staff are engaging and friendly. They're very helpful to my needs.
