Founded in 2020, Techfox.au was established after seeing too many local businesses struggle with IT support that was either reactive and overpriced, or managed remotely by providers with little connection to the ACT. In one case, we encountered a local provider who deliberately avoided automated patching in order to charge customers for unnecessary manual work. Drawing on more than two decades of experience helping individuals and organisations, we focus on getting technology working for our clients instead of against them. Our approach is simple: show up when it matters, be transparent about cost and scope, treat your business how we would our own, and never lock clients into contracts they regret.
