Best Customer Experience I have ever received with a company. Placed an order for a Xmas show and needed it by a set time. The company actioned the request straight away. Josh made the order and sent it straight away, however the transport company they dealt with had delays. I had Joshua following my order to ensure it would arrive in time for my event, unfortunately the couriers had delays and it was not going to make it to me in time. Joshua tried everything to get it expressed but was unable to achieve it with this courier. Instead he sourced it from someone locally to me and had it completed and ready for pick up within a day, no extra charge. Truly above and beyond customer service. It's the rarest of rare things when a business does high quality work at a very fair price, with super fast turn-around times. Josh and his team at Design 2 Print manage to pull off all three. They have been excellent to work with, offering top shelf customer service. The print quality is excellent, and the prices are more than fair. Highly recommended.
