Wow, what an amazing experience we had with Pete and Taylor'd Distinctions. Pete is so passionate about what he does which is clearly displayed in his experienced and clever use of space and style. He really listened to what we wanted and came up with a design that was beautiful and the perfect use of space. After the experience we have had with Taylor'd Distinction I wouldn't ever consider looking at any other designer on the coast. The guys at Taylor'd are professional, warm and friendly, supremely talented at what they do... and more important than anything, they are as passionate about your project as you are! After our initial conversation over the phone, we immediately felt comfortable with how Peter made us feel about being completely involved in our dream design. Peter travelled 5hrs to view our chosen residential block to ensure he had a complete picture of how our ideas and his design ideas could make the most of our unique seaside block of land. Peter provided numerous floor plans for review based on the chosen design ideas and was very accepting of changes we thought matched our requirements without compromising the overall design. For over two years Pete Taylor worked closely with us designing our dream home. We found Pete to be extremely flexible and helpful and the entire process was such a nice relaxing experience. Our property was challenging—long narrow block, close neighbours and a need to create open space but yet retain privacy. Peter Taylor rose to the challenge and then some. Peter was so obliging and a pleasure to work with. We are delighted with our home which has some lovely features such as angled hall ways to minimise a 'tunnel' look and maximise views. The atrium is a focal point as is our master bedroom which opens into a parent retreat via timber and glass sliding doors. We wanted a home that was stylish and yet very liveable and easy to maintain. Peter most certainly helped us accomplish that.
