I have nothing but good things to say regarding Neil from Tax, Accounting and Supercentre. My mortgage application was a drawn out process with many unforeseen interruptions but Neil went above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome. He is full of helpful advice and definitely knows his trade, making the process as painless as possible. My husband and I contacted Neil Fraser in April 22 to begin the process of buying a house. This has been a dream of ours for some time, we had no experience and thought Neil was the best place to begin our journey. We have 7 children, which we were aware would impact our loan capacity and had reservations on 'who would loan to us' being a big family has its challenges. Neil never gave up, he put in so many hours, lots of phone calls and worked incredibly hard. He kept us well informed at all times, made sure we understood any and all processes and decisions we were about to make. His transparent business mind is a force to be reckoned with! We came to call him the 'Diamond in the Desert' if Neil can't do it, nobody can! There's no question too big or silly for Neil, he always has your best interests in mind and will be your best advocate. We were recommended to get in contact with Neil Fraser to help assist us in obtaining a mortgage shortly after moving to town. Neil has gone above and beyond in meeting all of our needs. On top of making the process of buying a house possible, Neil looked around and found us the best possible deal. He also taught us about the different home loan types and even coached us on how to ensure we had the right insurance set up, in case anything was to happen. Neil has gone above and beyond, working long hours to make the difficult process so much easier. Coming up to a year since purchasing the house, we are very grateful we went through Neil and were able to secure a low fixed rate loan for the first few years! If we ever need to refinance or take out another loan, Neil would be the first person for us to contact. I could not recommend anyone better!
