8 month old Mac Air stopped charging. It was sent south to be repaired. I was away overseas for a month, came back it was ready. Easy, efficient service. Only had to pay the $88 service fee.

In all my dealings with Victor and all the team at talktothemac over the past 9 years, I have always found them to be straight up and honest in their understanding and rectifying any problems in regard to Apple Mac computers and associated accessories.
