I dont think i can eat from any other Indian outlet ever again! The food was second to none. Beautiful spices in the sauce, the naan bread was incredible and the chef was very kind. His wife is not so good at english, but he was very helpful when she struggled to understand me. Will be back definitely!!

I ordered take away as I was staying close to the restaurant. The order I made was vegetable samosas, vegetable korma and butter chicken. At restaurant prices I would expect it a bit fresher, but the samosas were pre-cooked and sitting in the bain marie, with all the curries, just like in a food court. They were tasty but certainly not crispy and fresh. Perhaps better dining inn?

Never disappointment with Maharaja. We always have all our special occasion dinners there or whenever we eat out. The staff are very welcoming and friendly towards us every time.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Got take away after work and due to time constraints (and not wanting to read the whole menu) asked the cook what his best selling dish was. He looked at me annoyed and impatiently replied that there was no such thing as a "signature dish" or bestseller. The waiting time for our meals was supposed to be 15-20 minutes and turned out to be 40, despite the fact that there was only one family in the restaurant. It was ultimately the way the cook/manager treated his female staff member in front of customers that lead me to write this feedback. He repeatedly told her off, waving his arms and shaking his head because she went and checked if the food was ready. An angry unpleasant man who is not suited for the job. While the butter chicken was tasty, the beef curry was of inferior quality compared to other Indian Restaurants in Coffs Harbour. I will not eat there again.
