About Ta Mo Tao Martial Arts

Ta Mo Tao Martial Arts is a quality provider of instruction in Taekwondo (Korean Karate) & Kung Fu (Wing Chun & Tai Chi). We offer specialised programs for men, women and children covering all aspects of martial arts training including self-defence & weapons. We teach modern, progressive and effective martial arts together with a core of traditional values and techniques from our full-time training centre in the Southern Highlands servicing Mittagong, Bowral and Moss Vale.

My son has so much fun when he comes here with his friend. They have both learnt quite a lot in such a short time and this has made a big difference in his every day life. The instructors do such a good job they deserve a big thanks. Keep up the great work.

We recommend taking your kids to Ta Mo Tao Martial Arts. Both my kids have transformed into great little adults. They are disciplined and well behaved. The instructor is very patient and has taught them both a lot of self confidence and bully prevention. Keep up the fantastic work you do.

Finally, I have taken the kids to Ta Mo Tao Martial Arts where they can learn self defence, respect and discipline. The classes are great and the kids have an awesome time. When they are a bit older they will learn how to use the jlan (sword). Instructor has a lot of patience with the kids and that is why they love coming here.
