Rang at opening time for quote on two tasks. Was told meeting in progress and they would ring me in thirty minutes. I rang them an hour later as I had no contact. Was told very busy and they would ring me in five minutes. That was over two hours ago.
Guess they don't want the work.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment in this way. I will follow this up after opening tomorrow. I can only say we appreciate all customers and their inquiries, and do our best to provide a great service. We currently have new staff in training and it is possible that the high work load at this time unfortunately resulted in us not getting back to you as desired. I will see to it that this is followed up and we implement a better system/training to minimize the chance of this happening again.
