Susie is very friendly and energetic. She'll motivate you to push your limits but also cares about your health. You will discuss with her any pains or health conditions you may have and go from there, for an enjoyable, fun and effective experience. :)

I have trained with Susie in the past, She was very professional as I managed to loose 20kg under her guidance. Susie is always helpful and friendly also has vast knowledge in the fitness industry. She is always willing and ready to help anyone with people struggling with weight loss or just need strength training. It was a pleasure to train under the guidance of a fitness professional.
