Supercheap Auto Labrador

It is my absolute pleasure to write a review for Super Cheap Autos Labrador, recently I had to pick up a couple of things there I had a fall in the car park the staff were absolutely wonderful, kept me settled, called for an ambulance which was there in a very timely manner, the two lady officers were amazing helped me back onto my feet after checking me over I was okay to leave just a little sore but no serious injuries a big shout out to the fabulous staff Nicole (Manager) staff Saska who sat outside with me and Taleah who helped me to find the parts I needed before the accident happened, I didn’t get the names of the two lady ambulance officers, hopefully they will be acknowledged. Again my thanks for showing such professionalism from your team at Super Cheap Autos Labrador.

I bought a set of deep cycle batteries. Within a few days the indicator lights failed. The quality was poor. I took them back but Super Cheap refused a refund. They told me my only recourse was to take legal action. I lost $700. I was met with hostility and poor company culture. I do not recommend doing business here.
