What happens if no one is at home to receive the flowers?
We will look for safe place to leave your flowers. Flowers will be placed into a container of water and a photograph of their location will be provided. Providing a contact number for the recipient in your order form can also help ensure your delivery makes it safely.
How do I care for my flowers?
To help you flowers stay looking fresh for longer, trim the stems about 1-2 cm and remove any foliage that will be under the water. Top up water regularly and replace weekly. Remove faded flowers and dried foliage. Keep flowers in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
