Sunshine Coast Building & Pest Reports is a locally owned company based in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Our office is centrally located in Maroochydore and we have friendly staff in the office ready to take your calls, bookings and assist with any enquiries that you may have. Carrying out the inspections are three full time, individually licensed and insured building & timber pest inspectors who have carried out over 33,000 inspections in the last 15 years. Also on staff is a full time pest technician who carries out all general pest treatments and termite treatments. We use a mix of old and new technology when carrying out inspections, crawling into subfloors and roof voids makes up a big part of the inspectors' day, along with thermal imaging and the use of moisture meters and sound testing tools. Our reports are computer generated and can be made available on the same day if required. We cover the wider Sunshine Coast area including, Caboolture, Woodford, out to Kingaroy, over to Noosa and up to Tin Can Bay/Rainbow Beach.
