It saddens me to write this review but I have tried and asked 5 weeks on!!! I have a severe back injury and classed as disabled, hence an electric bike, bought in November and the sales service was excellent, and rode away thrilled with my new bike.Sadly it started playing up early December, the batterie kept cutting out and leaving me stranded.They helped me over the phone to rectify the problem, which did not work I contacted them again after Christmas and asked if they could collect the bike, which was also due for its first service, I only live 7 minutes drive from them. was told that it would be possible for them to collect the bike, but it was not part of their service. I have now spoken with them 4 times since, was to be picked up last week, left bike outside worth $2200 no one came. Last conversation with them was not professional, and I am still waiting to hear from them ! A very disappointed customer !!!! I was happy to pay for the collection,which was added at the last call

Hi Monika. We are obviously disappointed with your review as we do pride ourselves on customer service\satisfaction and apologise for the length of time to respond. (not alerted). So pleased to hear that your sales experience was excellent and hope you are enjoying your new bike. We do feel we need to clarify a few things though. You were told at the time of sale, we do not offer a complimentary pickup service. We do remember having discussions with you and to help you, we offered to pick your bike up, but only when we were going that way (our memory is you did not wish to pay for pickup). The day you mention, as explained to you, our driver was stuck in B\Bay traffic & did not make it in time to collect. After further discussions, you agreed to pay for pickup. Upon inspection, the bike was found to have been in an accident and had nothing to do with the battery cutting out or a fault with the bike. I do hope this clarifies things. Kind Regards :)

Every time I have visited Sunrise Cycles I have been provided with absolutely excellent service. Walking out with a big smile on my face. Everyone working there super lovely, efficient, professional and they have incredibly fair prices. Absolute go to if you ever want to buy a high quality bike or need to get your bike fixed :)
