Having built several times previously, we had a fairly good idea as to what we wanted. After more than 12 months finding the right builder, who was able to construct our part commercial and part residential Waterfront property on the Redcliffe Peninsula, company called Suncity Homes. Suncity Homes built our beachfront home in Scarborough near Redcliffe and the whole experience was very easy.They were extremely accomodating about helping us to modify house plans, even do things like cutting through the existing slab to move the stairwell.The building manager Ben was fantastic and nothing ever seemed to be a problem.
