How do I go about making an appointment?
You can self-refer to a Psychologist.
When do I get a referral from the Dr?
If your symptoms are severe enough to warrant a diagnosis then visit your GP and they will assess you for suitability for the Medicare Better Health Scheme. This pays a rebate and you have to cover the gap. You are awarded ten sessions per calendar year in two blocks of five. After each five your symptoms are reassessed.
