Went to the Strand gym whilst on holiday in Townsville. Absolutely amazing. I have been to some gyms In my time but this gym tops them all. Fantastic equipment, funky set up and I love the haven room on the top floor. This would definitely be my regular gym if I lived here. Staff and clients very welcoming. Went along with my husband who was totally impressed too.
