Got a verbal quote 4 months ago, told can't fit it in till early next year so booked it in. January comes & no word from them, I call asking when it will be done, he remembers nothing of quoting me or coming to our address. He says will come - doesn't show up, call again he finally gets around to coming to look at the tree again. Says can't do it. Thanks for the stuff around for 4 months. Wouldn't bother with this lot, they don't even remember what they are doing. Obviously don't need the work or good word of mouth either.

Had them booked for a Job at our property, done half of the job, meant to come back the following Week to complete the rest of the work and never heard from them again (they were paid for the work they done) Do not recommend this company at all to anybody!
