I was not happy with the flower arrangement I got for Mother's Day. This is my first time away from my 4 children who are in NSW. I moved to Cairns this year. My daughter ordered flowers and was charged 150 dollars for an arrangement and was not what I received. It's not worth 50 dollars as my partner worked in the industry and was disgusted. 2 days later they are dying. I'm upset for my children

Hello Vicki, We are very upset to hear you were disappointed in your Mothers Day flowers. We have tried to call just now to to discuss this further. At this moment in time, we can only assure you that the flowers you received were fresh from our Mothers Day product and definately to value. We are aware that southern florists with access to markets are not exposed to the high freight costs involved in buying their flowers. Unfortunately we understand the size may not be what you are used to but we ensure you the order was to value of $135. The $150 included the delivery charge for courier. We would love the opportunity to discuss this with you in person, I am happy to take your call and concerns on board and hopefully we can offer some kind of compensation that you feel suitable.
