Mel is a real gem! I forgot to include one of my dresses in this weeks ironing and really wanted to wear it on the weekend. Messaged Mel and she offered to pick it up and drop it back to me so Iā€™d have it for the weekend! Her great customer service and attention to detail are second to none. Mel is a god send to my busy full time working mum life. She picks up from my work and drops back 24 hours later. Fantastic quality and a small price to pay to get my weekends for back for better things than ironing!

Do I need to book a time to drop off/collect my ironing?

Yes. All ironing drop offs/collections need to be booked for a specific time. Lets us know if you have a day in mind that would work best for you?

What is your turn around time?

Our standard turn around time is 48 hours. If you need your ironing completed urgently or same day, please ask and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
