Statewide Bitumen

Bushmates came and redid my driveway and I was very happy with it, however they did not apply enough coloured gravel over the tar and the tar has been lifting off with the stones and we are left with a lot of black patches in the driveway. They say we have turned the car wheels too sharply but the black patches are in places where there has been no sharp turning. We are picking up the tar and gravel on our shoes as well and it is staining my tiles. I was promised by them that they would come and lay another layer of coloured gravel over the driveway, however it was October 1st when I first contacted them and they have not kept their word. They offer a years guarantee, well this was laid only in September and still crickets. They don't return calls and I am very unhappy and will see where I can go legally. Not good enough!!!
