poor delivery service

Absolutely useless my parcel has been at the depo for almost a week now I have called to ask to pick it up get told it has been sent then call again a day later to see where it is hasn't even been put on the truck constantly getting lied to and stuffed around they told me I could pick it up and they would send us a msg or a call I'm still waiting for a call or a msg

I am absolutely livid. Another failed delivery where your driver just flat out lied about attempting to deliver. After 4 phone calls from me, and two from the sender, your driver couldn't be bothered doing his job. But this isn't the first time, and is just what I expect when someone says they are using your services.

I called 3 times and was promised delivery on 15 Feb, even when I called at 4.46pm I was told driver will be there anytime between then and 5pm. All of a sudden the status in my consignment changed to "Failed delivery" after calling I was told the driver ran out of hours. You'd think it would be priority for next day! It's 10am on 16th they still can't tell me if I am getting my delivery today! Not good enough! Will never use Star Track again! I am going back to the distributer and telling them I will never buy from them again if they continue to use this courier!

Just sat at depot for weeks and didn't contact me. Someone had wrongly input the address and they never checked the package itself where the address was clear.

A card in the letter box stated that my parcel could not be delivered because no-one was at home and it had to be collected from the depot. This is absolute nonsense as I was at home all day and the door bell did not sound nor did the dog bark as it always does when anyone is at the door. The parcel was large so I can only assume that the delivery person(s) could not be bothered trying. I cannot recommend this company in any way.

I am so sick of being forced to deal with Star Track. I have many parcels delivered from the U.S. with UPS, FedX, USPS and always takes 1-2 days to arrive in Australia but then takes 6 days to be delivered 1 hour from their depot. I can never speak to anyone that has answers and get told to ring UPS, FedX ect. Numerous times I have see updated tracking advice stating failed delivery when I am at home waiting for delivery but not even a Failed Delivery card is left. Just so typical of anything affiliated with Aust Post. Not good enough. Time is money and I don't have time or the money to wait at home for parcels in fear that if I leave for 5 minutes I will miss the driver and have to make more phone calls and waste another day waiting for the delivery. On this day I have made 8 phone calls to Star Track and they can't tell me if my parcel is on the truck and for delivery today, OR will they just let me drive over to their depot to collect my parcel. God forbid they will let me do their job for them.
