Been waiting for over a week for a parcel. Can see it is literally sitting in their depot at Coffs online but can’t contact them directly to even speak about it. Useless phone contact said she can’t even find the tracking number or anything to my address when I can even see it myself online.. literally just needed to speak to the depot but nope, not allowed to contact them myself. Terrible service don’t recommend AT ALL

0 STAR if i could! Have been waiting for a parcel, which was going to arrive Friday! Received a message this morning to let me know that it was arriving today (Sunday) go outside to see the 'you have a parcel' card in my door! NO KNOCK, nothing!! This isn't the first time! Useless!

I would have to agree with Tessa. Absolutely atrocious service. Scanned on the Monday for delivery and nothing since, it’s now Thursday. And this is not the first time!

Best words to describe this business, from customer service to depot! Do not pay for this service! We paid for express shipping to our house and they have held our parcel at the depot for over a week even though they have been contacted by us and the sender enquiring in delivery. Parcel marked as delivered days ago yet it’s still in their possession.. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCOUNTABLE! They try to pass the blame because they are all too lazy to do their jobs! What a joke of a company!

Lost a parcel of mine and they couldn't have cared less. Terrible service. Do yourself a favour and avoid Star Track.

Terrible service. Don't arrive on the day you say and then want me to drive 50 miles to pick up item.
