Excellent service all round. They answered the phone quickly, delivered as promised and was even quicker. Also very reasonable rates. No need to get 3 quotes I was very confident after talking to them that I wanted them to do the job.

I have used a lot of pest control companies over the years and the service is slowly getting worse. Ben from Total Pest took the time to explain to me what the service involved , how to care for my pets during and after the service. After the service he advised me on non chemical controls that l could do to reduce my cockroach and ant problems. It's good to see customer service is still alive. Thank you.

Always a great customer service from the team at Total pest, the technician is always very courteous and does a great job on our pest spray, has always been effective and we have never had any pest problems since having them service our home, the only pest we see are dead ones, very happy with the results and you continue to impress.
