Terrible experience. I will never go there again. They were so rude to me and basically forced me to cancel my sons birthday party as they accused me of not having a good attitude which was totally untrue. We are nice people. They even suggested I was gaslighting them, and stated they weren’t stupid! Dont dare ask too many questions or be surprised by the $20 BYO cake fee or you will be given a negative response and offered a refund. The person in question rang especially to tell me off. Her phone call and subsequent email really upset me. I have never been so shocked in my life! For a business professional to behave in such a childish and unprofessional way is just crazy. My sons party would bring in several hundred dollars and 16 lovely children who will now move to another venue where we are welcome. Boo
