Came off fraser island with a shagged wheel bearing in my hilux, got on and off the phone to many of the mechanics in the area and these guys are the only ones that pulled through to help me out at such short notice. Couldn’t thank these guys enough for getting it all fixed and getting me back on the road for the drive home!!

These guys are what you need! Seriously, many in town could learn from these guys. Jade at desk, Jon, the Steve’s and all the crew are awesome. They listen, they respond with respect, they know their stuff, are accomodating, diligent, personable, efficient, pleasant and dont rip you off! I cant recommend Spencey & the boys enough. From the minute I dropped my car off they kept me in the loop with everything that needed doing. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. So happy!!

We have been going to Spenceys since it started operation. The owner/manager and the staff have been exemplary in the way they have looked after our vehicles since approximately 2008. I heartily recommend Spenceys Auto Repairs and would not consider going elsewhere to have our vehicle looked after. Best thing you could do is give them a try ... I did and have been very pleased and been a loyal customer.

I find that there are very few mechanics these days that have knowledge and experience with carbies as most vehicles are fuel injected. Spencey's Auto have an excellent knowledge in mechanics, are very courteous and great prices. I really appreciate their respect and highly recommend to anyone in need of their services.

Purchased a second hand car about 6mths ago and for a while all I could hear ever time I drove was this dreaded squeal! I had no idea what was going on, it was so embarrassing turning up to work...everyone could hear me coming. Dropped in to Spencey's Auto and the boys knew immediately what was going on. Booked me in and replaced my brakes. Unfortunately I had listened to the noise for too long before seeking help and they had to repair the discs? My bad, expensive mistake! At least I know what to look for next time, thanks for the crash course in vehicle education 101 ~ you guys rock!
