Incompetence from start to finish. They ordered the wrong lenses - should have been sunglasses instead they ordered UV changing which are useless. No problems - replacement ordered. Went in to pick up, no store as being renovated. Have yo provide 24hd notice. Ok, call up yep come in and pick up your glasses a few weeks later (due to COVID I couldn’t get there). I checked on the phone that they’re ready for pickup - nothing said. Arrived and was told nope - must provide old pair back as an exchange. I explained I’ve got no problem with that, however I’ve not been told that. In fact I was told the opposite! Anyway - they wouldn’t accept my offer to register post to their store. This after almost 3 months without sunglasses for driving now. Even spoke to the Owner, not a chance. No flexibility. What a joke - I’m never going back to spec savers again. From now it’ll be a small local optometrist only! Rubbish product, rubbish service!

This optometrist is well run and offers excellent customer service. Their products and eye tests are great. A nice range of glasses frames to choose from. Usually on time and the receptionist is always a pleasure to deal with.

Great service when I recently (20/6/16) picked up my new glasses. Very little waiting time and they were adjusted in a jiffy. I'm happy with them so far and wear them most of the time. The assistants were really patient when I took ages to choose frames, trying on lots. Then I ended up with the first pair I had selected! I wonder if they get many customers like me who can be so tedious when trying to make a decision. Anyhow, they are great assistants and have a very professional approach. One lady even took pictures with an iPad to compare some of the frames I tried on. It wouldn't have occurred to me to do that - what a great idea!
