Rudest owner. Screaming at staff who charged me a price she didn't agree too. Place is dirty. Especially out back.

Be careful what you pay - I was over charged ( my fault) didn’t check till I got home. They then played dumb when I rang them back and I asked how much they charge and it was 10 dollars dearer than I was quoted. The gentleman took my money and will not be going back to this untrustworthy establishment.

New to wollongong. I'd sns that had cracked, so found these ladies. I asked to redo SNS? YES, sit down. Cool. This salon is FILTHY! the benches, chairs, even the staffs on hands. 1 x staff took photo of bandaid on her hand n sent txt to a friend- while she was serving a lady. (Never heard of gloves?) I wanted SNS, they talk me into doing gel nails. They wanted to put tips on. I explained again, what I wanted- as my nails are weak from cancer I just want sns over mynails. Nope! Did gel, I said no tips, I don't want glue. The staff, swapped and chged constantly with all customers. One lady came back in, as her top coat hadn't been put on , so her polish was scratched. Then it was $75... they didn't tell me that to start with. Gross, just gross. Really disappointed
