I cancelled an order for a spa in February. It is now April and although I have contacted them on a number of occasions and they have assured me I will be refunded a $500 price holding deposit, I have received nothing yet and am now finding it hard to get through to them. They are not returning my phone calls. I have emailed the sales person at the Warners Bay location, all with no luck. Poor performance! I have waited long enough for the refund !!!
