Purchased a car in October 2021 it has been the worst experience ever multiple problems.. 11 RWC problems and the worst customer service ever....have been left extremely out of pocket ..buyer beware

My son purchased a used m/v from Southport Car Sales 12 months ago - recieved a great deal which included a 3 year warranty - 6 monthly service requirement. Took the m/v in for the 2nd service today (12 months). My son is still on his learners & the m/v has seen limited usage in the past 6 months. In view of this Southport Car Sales completed the service free of charge. If you are after a great deal on a used m/v with great after sale service - I strongly recommend the Team at Southport Car Sales

The sales process was fine but the after care not so good. We have taken our car in several times for mechanical issues and only one of them were resolved. On the last occasion the mechanic said he didn’t know what was wrong and to contact the warranty people. Not good enough, if you’re going to sell a warranty then at least stand by your product. We will not be taking the car back again even for the cheap service 😞

I recently needed to move interstate. Grant and his team were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend them if you own a second hand car that you are in need of saying goodbye too at short notice.Professional and fast without the hassle.

I have bought two cars from Southport Car Sales over the last 2 months and found Grant and his team very friendly, helpful and willing to make the buying of a used car as positive as possible. We even had to get some work done under warranty and they not only quickly fixed the problem but went out of their way to do more than was required. I have recently bought a car from this dealer. Because of my location and other commitments, the sale took about a month to complete. In that time they held and cared for my car and facilitated some other work (tow bar) I needed. When I flew down to collect the car they met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership. They even set up my phone connection to the car! In short it all went very professionally, I could not fault the service - or anything for that matter. This review is very honest, and was not solicited at all. I would encourage anyone to engage with this dealer.

Biggest rouges on the Gold Coast. Once you have purchased a car they don't want to know you. We purchased a Honda from them on the internet whilst we were in the UK. We're never told that the whole front had been smashed in. You could not even fill the radiator. Yes they fixed this. Drivers side door leaked after arguing with them for several weeks they fixed this. Air con never worked so they just re gassed it. That lasted a day. We had to pay out $600.00 to have this fixed. They just didn't want to know about anything that was wrong with it. So bad

I have to totally disagree with the negative reviews, from my own personal experience with Southport Car sales I have had nothing but fantastic service from the staff there. They have always been thoughtful and polite and in no way have they treated me badly. I have bought from them twice already and have never had any issues with the cars I have purchased. I am planning on purchasing another car from them next month and I would highly recommend Southport Car sales to anyone wanting to buy a good car. Also both times I have bought from them I have dealt with the owner and he was very polite and helpful, he did everything to help me get what I was looking for.

Want really bad service with a slice of condensation? Go to Southport Car Sales. They will judge you at first glance and assume you can't afford s***. You can't get any worse service on the Gold Coast! All I can say is Karma is a b****
