Without a doubt, Jeff is the best osteopath / chiropractor I’ve ever seen. As a retired elite athlete, I value health professionals who think outside the box to achieve fast, effective results and Jeff does exactly that! Jeff helped me to identify and rehabilitate injuries other health professionals had missed or misdiagnosed over many years. And for that, I will be forever grateful. The first day I met Dr Jeff I was in excruciating pain and hardly walk. 4 visits in and I’m a different woman! Dr Jeff explains fully what he’s doing. Doesn’t rush at all and genuinely cares. He has followed up with me after appointments Very very knowledgeable and I have confidence and trust that I have unfortunately lacked previously Dr Jeff didn't just mask my injury he has treated it Would highly recommend Dr Jeff - Thankyou

I must confess that I was skeptical about the benefits of osteopathy given the little knowledge I had on the subject. After meeing a couple who were seeing an Osteo who 'changed their lives' including their childrens, I thought it was time to give it a go. I have struggled with headaches and neck pain for as long as I can remember. I would get remedial massages every 3-4 weeks but I didn't get any long lasting results. Feeling a little anxious about the whole thing I wanted to see someone with experience & I came across Dr Threlfo. Jeff made me feel at ease right away and took the time to explain the theory behind the practice which was facinating. He sent me off to have some Xrays done which revealed the reason for my neck pain. We have been working on this since and my headaches are disappearing for longer periods of time after each visit. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. My only regret is not booking my appointment sooner!

Your life pain free again, isn't it great...I became an Osteopath because I was suffering Migraines, blinding headaches, flashing lights, vomiting, that's what started my journey.
