Needed to check my battery level and they did that for me and even gave me recommendation and advice on getting a new battery. Decided to go with them and they got me a new battery and did hat needed to be done before my trip to Sydney. They were busy but Mick did what he could so that I could travel freely without worries. Have not encountered any issues with them over the years.

We called to ask if someone could loosen the nuts on flat tire so we could change it and get back to nambucca yourself. After we got there we were asked to park in driveway entry to shop. He started to loosen the nuts and goes to my partner your big enough to loosen these on your own . He goes u should have stood on it. He was belittling my partner so I said to him. Stop he has tried I seen him try that's why we are here.he then started yelling at us and did not like the fact that I didn't want to repair tyres there. And didn't like a lady telling him he is rude. RUDE RUDE RUDE OLD MAN . Would not go back there if my car was on fire.
