Yes! Call-out fee of $260 + GST includes 1 hour of operation. This is our minimum Hire Cost. Subsequent rate is $130 per hour if required.

Does your Hire cost include a fully licensed operator?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our rates include an experienced operator who is both insured and licensed to operate a Boom Lift over 11 metres. It is illegal to operate an EWP over 11 metres if you are not fully licenced.

What is the working height you can reach in your South East Elevation EWP?

18 metres (approx 5 stories high) or 60 feet vertically, and 8-10 metres horizontal reach

Is it cheaper to dry hire or wet hire?

Accepted Answer

Dry Hiring is often charged at a day rate not an hourly rate. It may be more cost effective (and safe) to wet hire. It saves tradesman time wasted costs as follows: a) You have to pick up and transport dry hire equipment b) you have to set up and operate the EWP whilst trying to complete your task c) time costs returning the equipment

The Cherry Picker is serviced every 90 days. It has many safety features and the operator is trained and licenced to work safely at heights. Wet Hiring equipment allows efficiency on the work site as the truck-mounted cherry picker turns up, sets up and is ready to assist you getting the task done quickly and safely. No time is wasted to pick up and return equipment as is the case with Dry Hiring.

What are the working heights you can reach in your South East Elevation EWP?

18 metres (approx. 5 stories high) or 60 feet vertically. Horizontally, our EWP at South East Elevation can reach 8-10 metres to attend to tasks at lower heights but require a longer reach sideways in order to reach the area required to complete the task

Yes, our depot is in Buderim so we are central to all areas on the Sunshine Coast, so can attend to you within minutes. We also offer our Cherry Picker Services from North Brisbane right up to Gympie and beyond for weekly or ongoing work
