Very disappointing with the service, I was charged $484 to replace battery they did not reset radio for my wife, I rang twice in the same day leaving my name and number with no reply, good on you Mazda, you're quick to take my money but.

Staff are great but their management graduated from the Basil Fawlty school of customer service.
They don't honour appointments nor do they support their own work. Thankfully Mazda vehicles don't require frequent servicing.
