I have never come across a more unprofessional business: fumblings and incompetence, failed to communicate with me, incorrectly accused me of non-payment, TWICE (both deposit and balance) and in the first instance complicated and held up the job when they quoted me for acrylic carpet replacement after being told to quote ‘like for like’! They knew I had wool and admitted such when I confronted them instore with a sample of the wool carpet (from my property). They had been to my property to quote and had sighted the job.
Job was then held up again, for over 6 weeks, due to their misguided notion that I had not paid the deposit, they simply refused to correspond and have no proficiency with technology.
I received a call, only to accuse me of non-payment!
Do yourself a favour, there are other carpet retailers around Noosa, no one deserves this stress!
