Installation ok but no after sales service. Constant attempts to have owner Phil conact me were ignored. Convincing salesman but you are on your own after money is paid

Hi john , it seems the issue is with your wifi connection, your solar is working perfectly. It seems there is either a weak signal from your home wifi or you may have an incompatible modem. We have received an updated guide from the manufacturer and a technician will attend again to see if we can get it going for you.

Whilst the solar is now performing as expected, they had to come back twice to fix incorrect installation and wiring. I was insulted and threatened by one of the labourers. I also could not work during the days they were fixing the install (and the days they told me they would come and didn’t show up) as they needed access to the inside of my building. My complaints to the owner fell on deaf ears and the responses were disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
