★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality & Terrible Customer Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Snappy Uniforms. I spent over $2,000 on custom embroidery, and the quality was shockingly poor. The stitching was inconsistent across nearly every item – crooked logos, uneven thread tension, and fraying on brand-new pieces. It looked rushed and unprofessional.
Worse still, when I reached out to address the issues, I was met with rudeness and complete unwillingness to fix the mistakes or offer a refund. Despite clear evidence that the work was subpar, they flat-out refused to take responsibility.
For the price paid, I expected at least a minimum level of consistency and customer service – unfortunately, I received neither. I do not recommend Snappy Uniforms and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for uniform and embroidery services.
