any time i have a problem with the car even if a warning light comes on i can take the car in they will check it out for me i have only felt valued as a customer from them and get my car serviced by them only they are very reasonable with price and time

Suffered a sudden brake failure on a road trip from Tenterfield to Brisbane last Friday. Nobody in Glen Innis was able to replace the brake pads at short notice. We nursed the car to Grafton not using the brakes - a terrifying drive. Rang ahead to find help in Grafton. Smiths Auto were the only ones who agreed to do the job late on Friday afternoon. They were friendly, efficient and did the job quickly, effectively and at a reasonable price. They saved our bacon and could not have been more professional and helpful. These are first class people running a first class business.

New to the town of Grafton, asked around at work for a good mechanic for registration check. But did the muffler in my Ford Territory b4 this and this place was fantastic to deal with & most of all such an honestly unreal cost for the work they did & rego check included. Highly recommend
