Bought the BMC sleep apnea machine. Was supposed to be new but was an ex hire one. Paid $1299 and had problems with the plastic clips on water tank breaking every time I cleaned it. Water gurgling in hose was smelly ( mould). Returned unit as under warranty and was told to spend another $500 for a Resmed unit. Staff were unpleasant and blamed the problems on me. So am out of pocket by $1399 and they have machine. Go elsewhere. Bought a Resmed machine from reputable supplier and no problems whatsoever.
