SkyReefPhoto requires a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The deposit must be paid no later than one (1) week after a booking has been requested, or it will be cancelled. Payment of the remaining balance, including any optionally purchased services or products, must be paid in full no later than three (3) weeks after the Client has been informed that the products are ready for delivery.

SkyReefPhoto owns and retains full Copyright of all taken footage, including images and videos. Permission is granted by the Client to use these media as we see fit for all Media, Marketing and Promotion. Including but not limited to Film, Television, Online and Print. No pictures of children will be used without written approval of the legal guardian.
