I recently had a situation with the immobiliser on my vehicle and I was left stranded overnight in Singleton. I contacted Singleton Auto Electrical the next morning to help as they advertised a 24 hour emergency service. They told me they were too busy and couldn’t do it until the end of the week. I walked there to explain the desperation of my situation as I don’t live in Singleton and couldn’t wait till the end of the week. They said they could not spare 20mins to even disconnect it, a 2min drive round the corner. The customer service was appalling from not only the woman at the front desk but the owner, neither cared about my distress of being stranded and the owner went so far as to call me a Karen because I couldn’t wait till the end of the week! Disgusting behaviour!!!!

Angela, My problem with this is that you have left out some important information. I was in my office doing some paperwork and i heard someone yelling at my employee, saying that she was unhelpful and stating its only around the corner and would only take a few minutes.But you didn't acknowledge that we told your husband earlier we were unable to do this,and we gave him the option of latter in the week or other auto elects in the area.When you stormed out i came after you and you started yelling at me then and told me to Fu***Off, Thats when i called you A KARREN. you continued to mouth off.
