Simple Computer Health

I have just had my computer sorted by Ella Holland from Simple Computer Health, after months of nightmares with malfunctions and intermittent computer support. I am in the tourist industry. I would have to say in all the years dealing with computers and technical support people i would have to say the resuts that Ella sorted are way beyond any support i have ever had. The friendly, efficient Ella Holland takes the phone calls and does the work. My printer would not work and I could not find the driver, despite being very efficient at such things. She was no mucking about, had the hard to find right Aust. phone number and quickly got the driver downloaded and the phone number of the company's software technician number for future use if needed. Reinstalled it and did a quick system health and repair - all for a very modest price. Lovely person -knew what she had to do and be quick about it. At last I have someone I can trust with my used-every-day Windows 11 computer.

I can't speak about this business highly enough, my computer crashed and I rang as they were the only shop open and were more than happy to wait for me to bring my computer as I was coming from over an hour away. They were very polite and very knowledgeable and very open to my ideas and suggestions as well. They are extremely well priced as well and had my computer up and going in no time flat at all. I certainly will be recommending them to everyone that asks about computer repairers.
