I received a tennis bracelet as a Christmas gift in Dec 2023, and since then I’ve had three replacements due to structural faults. Each time the bracelet snapped in a different place, and each time I had to wait 6–8+ weeks for a replacement with minimal communication or care from staff.
When I expressed frustration after the second break, I was told I could pay $1,000 to “upgrade” to a better bracelet — despite already dealing with two faulty products. I declined and waited again, only for the third bracelet to break a few months later.
I finally requested a refund, which was approved, but even then the process dragged on. It took two full weeks from when I provided my bank details to actually receive the refund, due to errors and delays.
What should’ve been a sentimental and special piece turned into nearly two years of stress, poor service, and disappointment. I wouldn't recommend Simon Curwood or their Miranda store based on my experience.
