About this time in 2020 we should have been overseas. Give the Covid thing we couldn’t go, so we decided to spend the refund on the house - cladding, a new rear verandah and external sliding door. We obtained several quotes from national cladding companies but thought we should approach a local company. Simclad popped up in our search. Brett was invited to quote for the cladding. During the conversation we mentioned the other two jobs, he offered to quote for those as well. The rest is history. We received an excellent quote(accepted)from Simclad, a local company, for all the jobs, professional and efficient workmanship and, a fantastic result. Comments from friends and neighbours have been most complimentary. Simclad will be the first to be approached for any further work!

This the 3rd time we have had Rod, and his very professional builders, I could not fault them in any way, true gentlemen. Paul the head builder, kept the boys on their toes at all times, as he has very high standards. I would recommend them to any one, we are so very happy with our granny flat.
