Silver Top Taxis Ballarat

Took a Taxi from Ballarat Station between approximately 7.30-8.00pm. Driver could not spell in English, asked if I had a Taxi card, whether I was local and then drove me in the opposite direction in the dark. It was terrifying for an 84 year old woman with a walking stick. After my complaints, he said I could direct him to my home, which I did. Silver top Taxis, never again. Elderly people beware.

Ordered taxi at 5.10 a.m. for booking at 6.20 a.m. pick up - no taxi arrived - gave 10 mins but had to call again to be told someone is on the way - still no sign at 6.45 a.m - called again & was advised another half hour. We missed our shuttle bus for 6.50 a.m. which meant we missed our flights therefore having to reschedule flights costing $13000 extra between 3 of us - absolutely disgraceful will never consider SILVER TOP TAXIS for any trip in future & will be taking legal action against this shonky business - review points minus 0 & lower - low life’s
